Clean India, Green India
Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated on 2nd October every year to honor the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of our Nation. Gandhiji believed in truth, non-violence, simplicity, and self-reliance.
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, one of our Sr. KG children dressed up as Mahatma Gandhi.
Each Sr. KG class was given a topic to present, and the child confidently spoke about the Charkha, the Swadeshi Movement, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and Gandhiji’s thoughts on education. Through this presentation, the little one highlighted the values of cleanliness, self-reliance, and the importance of education in building a strong nation. Sr. KG children enthusiastically participated in a Swachh Bharat activity organized in the school ground. The little ones were asked to bring gloves and were provided with brooms to help clean the ground. They collected waste and carefully put it into bin bags, learning the importance of keeping their surroundings clean. Some children also held placards with cleanliness messages, spreading awareness in their own simple way.
